Everyone else has been making their own smoothie and I feel I am being left out. I had a doctor tell me I should be juicing vegetables but I never really had time to research how I can get rid of all those bitter after taste. I know it can be corrected. I just don't know how. They don't teach this everywhere because some people want it plain and don't want any "intervention". I really want to do this healthy activity. I am just praying I be given time to study this.
